God, as we hear Your Word, we invite your Spirit to work within us, opening our hearts to your abundant love and compassion, and illuminating our understanding. May your Spirit inspire our actions, leading us to live out your teachings with kindness and courage. Transform us by your Word, so that we may contribute to the flourishing of all humanity, in the name of Jesus who guides and sustains us. Amen.
