Presbyterian Women – Martha Circle

The PW Purpose statement includes “to nurture our faith through prayer and Bible study” and “to build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the PC(USA) and witnesses to the promise of God’s kingdom”.

You are invited to be a part of the long history of Presbyterian women as we learn and grow together with Martha Circle. Martha Circle meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 2:00p.m. in the Gathering Place.

We are beginning the Bible study “Finding Resilience, Joy, and Our Identity in Jesus Christ”. On September 10th, in Lesson 1, we will learn about new scholarship regarding “Mary Magdalene, The Tower” and how she is a model of resilience. We begin our gatherings by sharing our joys and concerns, and planning any upcoming activities. We share Bible study and hospitality as Christian women in our time and place.
